Looking for a beautiful, intimate space for your next celebration or gathering? The $500 Social gives you four private hours at Sit, Sip & Spill Tea Bar for up to 15 guests—plus two Signature Mocktails for every guest.

IMPORTANT VENUE INFORMATION

Our space is designed for intimate gatherings, and we want every event to feel comfortable, intentional, and enjoyable.

• Maximum capacity is 15 guests for The $500 Social.

• No outside food or beverages are permitted.

• No onsite cooking is permitted.

• Alcohol is prohibited anywhere on the premises.

• Smoking and vaping are prohibited anywhere on the premises.

• Children under 13 are not permitted.

• Office and administrative areas are strictly off-limits.

• A Sit, Sip & Spill Tea Bar staff member will remain onsite throughout the event.

• All social events must begin before 7:00 PM and end no later than 12:00 AM.

• Setup and cleanup must occur within the reserved four-hour rental period.

• Loud music and amplified noise must end by 12:00 AM.

• The client is responsible for placing event-related trash in the trash receptacle provided by the venue.

 

SECURITY & CLEANING HOLD

A $150 security and cleaning hold is required prior to the event.

The hold is placed on the card on file and will be released following the post-event inspection if no additional cleaning or damage is identified.

If additional cleaning is required, the $150 hold will be retained and applied as the cleaning fee.

A major credit card is required for the $150 hold. If a debit card is used, a $300 security hold will be placed.

Any damages or additional charges resulting from the event will be charged to the card on file. The security hold does not limit the client's financial responsibility for damages.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

15+ days before the event: Full refund, excluding fees.

14–7 days before the event: 50% refund, excluding fees.

6 days or less before the event: No refund.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

 

RESCHEDULING

One complimentary reschedule is permitted when requested at least 14 days before the scheduled event and is subject to venue availability.

Rescheduled promotional bookings must remain within the applicable September–November 2026 promotional booking period.

Requests made fewer than 14 days before the event are subject to the cancellation policy and may be subject to an additional rescheduling fee.

 

PLEASE NOTE

The $500 Social cannot be combined with any other venue, food, beverage, or promotional discount.

The package is limited to 15 guests and cannot be expanded beyond the promotional guest limit.

Need more space? Our standard private venue rental accommodates up to 30 guests at $85 per hour with a $300 food and beverage minimum, subject to availability.
