    Ingredients:
    - Peppermint
    - Spearmint
    - Hibiscus Flowers
    - Schisandra Berries
    - Lemon Peel
    - Goji Berries
    - Juniper Berries

    Instructions:

    1. Start by boiling fresh, filtered water. For one serving, measure 8 ounces (240 ml) of water. Make sure to use a kettle or pot that is clean and free from any lingering flavors.

    2. While the water is boiling, prepare your tea infuser or teapot. If using a tea infuser, place one teaspoon of Winter Berries Tea blend per cup into the infuser. For a teapot, measure one tablespoon of the blend per cup.

    3. Once the water reaches a rolling boil, remove it from the heat and allow it to cool for a moment. The optimal temperature for brewing this blend is around 200°F (93°C).

    4. Carefully pour the hot water over the Winter Berries Tea blend in your infuser or teapot. If using an infuser, place the infuser in your cup. If using a teapot, cover it with a lid.

    5. Let the tea steep for 5 to 7 minutes, allowing the flavors to infuse and create a rich and delightful blend. Feel free to adjust the steeping time based on your desired strength.
