Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy 1. Consultation Scheduling: After submitting your booking form, we will contact you via email within three business days to schedule a consultation. 2. Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. 3. Payment: The remaining balance is due 7 days before the scheduled event date. For events taking place within a 7-day period, the full balance is due at the time of booking. Cancellation Policy 1. Cancellation Notice: You may cancel your event up to 10 days before the scheduled date. 2. Deposit Forfeiture: In the event of cancellation, your 50% deposit will be forfeited. Rescheduling Policy 1. Rescheduling Notice: You may reschedule your event with at least 10 days' notice if the new date is available. 2. Rescheduling Fee: If you notify us of a rescheduling request after the 10-day notice period, a $200 rescheduling fee will apply.
