Ingredients:
- 1 heaping tablespoon of Raspberry Jito tea blend
- 4 cups of cold, filtered water
- 1 lime
- 1/2 cup of fresh raspberries
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
- Ice cubes, optional
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Cold Infusion:
- In a large pitcher, add the Raspberry Jito tea blend.
- Pour 4 cups of cold, filtered water into the pitcher.
- Give it a gentle stir to make sure the tea blend is submerged in the water.
2. Chill & Infuse:
- Cover the pitcher with a lid or plastic wrap.
- Place the pitcher in the refrigerator and let the tea blend infuse for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight. The longer it infuses, the more flavorful it will become.
3. Muddle the Lime & Raspberries:
- Slice the lime into thin rounds.
- In a separate bowl or glass, add the lime slices and fresh raspberries.
- Using a muddler or the back of a spoon, gently crush the lime and raspberries together to release their juices and flavors.
4. Assemble & Serve:
- When the cold infusion is ready, remove it from the refrigerator.
- Fill your serving glasses with ice cubes (optional).
- Pour the chilled Raspberry Jito cold infusion into each glass, filling them about two-thirds full.
5. Add the Muddled Fruits:
- Divide the muddled lime and raspberry mixture among the glasses, spooning it over the top of the cold infusion.
6. Garnish with Fresh Mint:
- Take a few fresh mint leaves and gently clap them between your hands to release their aromatic oils.
- Add a mint sprig to each glass, letting it stand tall and proud as a refreshing garnish.
7. Toast to Summer & Sip Away!
- Stir each glass gently to mix the flavors.
- Raise your glass to celebrate the arrival of summer and take a long, refreshing sip of your Raspberry Jito Cold Infusion.

Note:
